Athlete Screening and Assessment
Before planning your race season or training program consider how you, as an athlete, have changed. Rather than following a cookbook plan your training program should be specific to your individual anatomy, strengths, and weaknesses. Our athlete screen and assessment provides a comprehensive orthopedic assessment, paired with a thorough history, to best understand you as a unique individual, in order to better optimize your individualized training program.
