PERFORMER - provides a structured training plan while still allowing for the flexibility often needed when juggling the demands of life.
PR - "personal record" - for the athlete who has established a pattern of consistent and healthy training but is ready to push through to the next level. They are committed to 'stepping up' their physical and mental training.
PODIUM - no stone will be left unturned; for the athlete who is determined to punch their ticket to Boston, qualify for age-group nationals, or finally make it to the 70.3 Ironman World Championship or Kona, Hawaii in October.
